Coming from corporate environments, we experienced firsthand what it meant to sit for long hours, follow routines without movement, and gradually lose touch with physical well-being.
At the same time, we were inspired by a different example: someone who remained active, capable, and independent well into later years. It made us rethink what fitness should actually prepare us for.
